Design Festa is a celebration of the arts at which anyone regardless of age, nationality, talents or language can exhibit.
Serving as a platform for over 12,000 artists, designers, musicians, actors and more twice a year since its inception in 1994, Design Festa welcomes professionals and amateurs alike.
The single largest art festival in Asia, the combination of performances, international cuisine, artistic expression, enrichment, diversity and passion found at Design Festa is like that of no where else on earth.

We strongly recommend that you purchase tickets in advance since there will be a long line of people at the entrance before and after 11am when the event opens.
Depending on the area you are in Tokyo Big Sight can be very crowded, so please wear appropriate clothing and comfortable footwear.
Design Festa is an event for original art. Please do not wear any copyrighted costumes inside the halls.
In order to protect the artwork and out of consideration of people with allergies, animals are forbidden from entry into Tokyo Big Sight, with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired.
Please ask exhibitors for their permission before taking pictures of them or their work.
Smoking outside of designated smoking areas is forbidden.
The Design Festa office accepts no responsibility for disputes between exhibitors and visitors or disputes arising from the purchasing of artwork.
Please be responsible for your belongings. The Design Festa office accepts no responsibility for theft, loss or damage of personal property.
A first-aid station is located inside the halls. Please go to the Design Festa office or atrium information desk if you require medical attention.
Harassment of other exhibitors or visitors in anyway will result in your removal from Tokyo Big Sight.
