Please understand that the registration fee is non-refundable, even in case of natural disasters, transportation problems, or in the event you decide to cancel your exhibition.
Images, sound files, video materials, etc. are accepted by mail or in person.
In the event that we receive a large number of applications, please understand that we may have refuse your exhibition.
At the end of February 2018, we will contact you by e-mail regarding the results of the exhibition lottery.
Exhibition fees should be paid by postal registration, bank transfer or in person at the Design Festa office within ten days after.
For those who wish to exhibit in both the Booth Area and the Event Area, please pay for the booth area first. Event Area fees can be paid after the results of the random selection are announced.
Documents submitted can not be returned. We appreciate you understanding.
